Pcod was troubling me

She is another client of mine from Bangalore, 34 years old. She was struggling with PCOD along with multiple health issues, including thyroid imbalance, fatty liver, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, and chronic back pain. In the past, she had undergone laparoscopic surgery for gallstone removal, due to which her gallbladder was removed.

One of her major concerns was that she had not received her periods for an entire year. Her hormonal cycle was completely disturbed. She tried allopathic medications as well as Ayurvedic treatments, but nothing brought lasting relief.

“I don’t get periods. last time I got periods. flow was heavy and there were blood clots. And i visited doctor to stop the bleeding. After that i was prescribed Diane 35 for 6 months. Then after stopping the pill I am not getting periods anymore.”

At the time she joined my program, her weight was 101 kg and her height was 5’4″. The weight gain further increased her anxiety and caused a constant drop in her energy levels, making daily life more challenging.

After joining my program, we focused on fixing her daily routine, introducing clean and nutritious meals, making sustainable lifestyle changes, and practicing effective kriyas to help regulate stress. Within just one month, she shared the good news that she got her periods.
