Online Program/ Consultations
All fertility and nutrition programs and consultations offered on Nuvira Health are online-only.
Consultation/Program fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Rescheduling may be allowed only in exceptional cases, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Nuvira Health.
Missed appointments or no-shows will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Digital Content & Services
Any digital content, plans, or materials shared during or after consultations are considered delivered once access is provided.
Digital services and content are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Physical Products
Products sold on Nuvira Health (including but not limited to amla candy, fertility-boosting teas, and wellness consumables) are self-made or white-label products.
All physical products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
This policy is due to the consumable, hygiene-sensitive, and perishable nature of these products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In rare cases where:
- The product received is damaged during transit, or
- An incorrect product is delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details at contact@nuvirahealth.in.
Resolution (replacement or store credit) will be decided after review and is subject to approval.
Duplicate Payments / Technical Errors
If you are charged more than once due to a technical issue, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
After verification, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
